Grab 買下臺灣 Foodpanda 事業，斥資 6 億美元擴張市場

新加坡的 Grab Holdings 宣佈將以 6 億美元現金購入 Delivery Hero 在臺灣的 Foodpanda 事業，此舉將讓 Grab 正式進入臺灣的餐飲配送市場。

此交易將讓 Grab 在臺灣的 21 個城市建立業務據點，預計可產生約 18 億美元的總商品價值（GMV），強化其在亞洲餐飲配送市場的競爭地位。

Grab 的此筆擴張行動，是其國際戰略的重要一環，將對臺灣現有的餐飲配送市場，尤其是與 Uber Eats 的競爭格局產生影響。
