SEC準備推出數位股票創新豁免

美國證券交易委員會（SEC）預計將在本週內發布其所謂的「創新豁免」，適用於數位化股票。此舉將為數位股票的交易鋪平道路，並可能促進傳統股票市場向區塊鏈與加密技術的轉型。

此創新豁免將涵蓋在去中心化金融（DeFi）平臺交易的數位資產，並測試股票交易是否能在缺乏傳統結構的情況下，轉移至加密基礎設施。

SEC主席Paul Atkins表示，該豁免將作為鼓勵股票數位化的一種機制，並可能為美國市場帶來重大變革。
