納斯達克宣佈將與加密貨幣交易所克雷恩合作，推出全球性的股票數位化計畫，透過區塊鏈技術讓投資人能夠交易數位化股票，並享有治理權與DTCC結算服務，但該計畫仍需美國證券交易委員會（SEC）批准。
