美國國境巡防局的偵察單位將能透過此工具，進行「戰術性目標定位」與「反網絡分析」，以協助識別潛在威脅人物。
潛在爭議
該工具會主動掃描網際網路上的所有個人照片，因此有極大機會涉及個人隱私問題，使用者可能無意識中成為監控對象。
