根據內部指導文件，唐納德·特朗普政府已強制實施所謂「加強」的安全審查，針對所有申請合法移民權益的移民進行更嚴格的審查。
適用範圍
此項政策適用於廣泛類別的移民申請人，特別是透過指紋背景調查進行身份驗證與安全風險評估的申請案件。
執行時間
自2026年4月27日起，美國公民與移民服務局（USCIS）將開始接收所有指紋基底背景調查的加強犯罪歷史記錄資訊（CHRI）。
